Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Career Day was held at the Champagnat Secondary School in La Tuque. This annual meeting connects high school students with main economic and social stakeholders of La Tuque. More than 300 students and 16 companies from La Tuque community attended this year`s.

Each year, Pro-Mec makes every effort to present our different professions as well as our achievements and implications in the daily life of these young people. Thanks to the dynamism of Naomi, our HR coordinator and Olivier, welder-assembler, the students present were able to discover our work techniques, the care we take towards quality and customer satisfaction but also participate in a fun quiz activity!

We hope to have ignited a spark of curiosity, perhaps triggered future vocations but above all to have inspired them to build bonds between themselves, our community and the world, as Pro-Mec is committed to do.
