In 2023, Pro-Mec Élite completed the acquisition of Groupe SPL (Support Plus and LabMétal), based in Trois-Rivières in the Mauricie region. This transaction enables Pro-Mec Élite to significantly strengthen its production capacity and expand its range of services, particularly in the manufacture of aluminum and stainless-steel parts as well as industrial supports.
Since its foundation in 2017, Groupe SPL has specialized in three complementary areas: industrial pipe supports, mechanically welded parts and structural profile cutting.
The integration of this expertise within Pro-Mec Élite provides an opportunity for collaboration, enabling us to offer comprehensive solutions to a wider customer base, from design to the manufacture of high-quality industrial components.
